Stepping Into A New Life
by Livewire on Sep.02, 2010, under Weddings
Like so many of our brides, Kristen just finished up her teaching degree. Not only did she marry the love of her life, Clint, but she’s fulfilled her dreams of being able to teach. They are such a neat couple. It was very evident how loved they were by their family & friends.
Clint really took to heart how important this day was to Kristen. Not only did he attend our Groom’s Workshop, he came back a second time for a refresher right before the wedding. Their day was everything they dreamed it would be. The celebration included great moments like Clint’s karaoke rendition of Vanilla Ice’s, “Ice, Ice, baby” and lots of fun from our new Photo Booth Division, SnapTastic Photo Booths.
Congratulations Clint & Kristen!

A Special Day For A Colleague
by Livewire on Sep.02, 2010, under Weddings
Working in the wedding industry, we meet and work with phenomenal individuals. One of those, is Mr. Wes Hall. Wes is a Justice of The Peace that has married many of our wonderful couples. This particular day at the Greenbranch, we shared in an incredible day as Wes performed the services for his very own daughter, Sarah. The day was filled with joy and love.
Chris was blown away at how beautiful Sarah was, and you could see it on his face as he saw her for the first time that day. The personal touch that Wes added to the ceremony being Sarah’s father, was something they’ll remember forever. After a beautiful ceremony, our celebration ensued with family & friends. Congratulations Sarah & Chris!

It’s not only a great song, it’s fits perfectly for Kayla & Brien’s big day. It’s not very often you get to be a part of such a special day for a Rocket Scientist and his new wife. Brien recently graduated with his PhD in Aerospace Engineering, and what an awesome way to celebrate by marrying your soul mate. Kayla and Brien are such a neat couple. Truly, Kayla was a vision.
Their ceremony was picture perfect, and when it came to exchanging rings, Kayla really outdid herself. She had a custom ring of palladium made for Brien, with the band encrusted with pieces of a Gibeon Meteorite.
We shared their love story with all of their guests…How fate played it’s hand, first impressions, the perfect proposal, and why they are perfect for each other. It was an incredible day.
Groom’s Workshop Prepares Area Grooms
by Livewire on Apr.29, 2010, under Reflections
Last Sunday Livewire Productions hosted The Groom’s Workshop at The Hilton Hotel in College Station, TX. It was a great opportunity for local groom’s to learn everything they need to know for their wedding. Admission was free, and groom’s learned how to help their fiance plan, how to deal with stress, details about the rehearsal, their duties at the rehearsal dinner, pre-ceremony preparations, about the ceremony, planning a reception, and how to make it an unforgettable honeymoon were just a few of the topics covered. Lots of ideas were given to all of the grooms to show them not only how they could contribute to the big day, but also, how to shine the day of.
Complimentary Burgers, Beer, Wings & More from the Hilton…it was a perfect day for “just the guys”.
A special thanks to The Hilton Hotel, and Ashley Lackey for their hospitality and their gift of two, one night stay for two prizes…and to R.P. & Al’s Formal Wear for providing the Grand Prize of tuxes for up to five, a $600 value. Caring For Classrooms
by Livewire on Apr.29, 2010, under Reflections
We LOVE our clients…and many of our wonderful clients are teachers. Sadly though, teachers get the short end of the stick when it comes to supplying their classrooms with posters and other various learning enhancements. So, Livewire Productions is stepping up. We’re initiating a program called “Caring For Classrooms”. Essentially, Livewire Productions will be donating entertainment services for back to school dances at local elementary schools. All proceeds will go directly to the teachers to use to purchase supplies for their classrooms. Initially we’ll be starting with three local elementary schools this fall. If you’d like your elementary school PTO to be contacted with our program, drop us a line.
Here’s to our teachers…America’s greatest resource.

Prom Fun!!
by Livewire on Apr.29, 2010, under Reflections
Once in a while we get to mix things up a bit from our wedding weekends
We had the privilege of providing entertainment for the Juniors and Seniors from Navasota High School. So often we hear that kids now don’t have the respect that they should for others. That’s certainly NOT the case with the kids from Navasota. All of them were wonderful. In fact, it was amazing how each and everyone of them had the utmost respect for each other’s musical tastes. They danced the night away to all kinds of music including Top 40, Country, Hip Hop, Latin….you name it! We played something for everyone. One of the big highlights for the Prom, were the two video screens. One was set up for music videos on and the other was live footage of the crowd!! The decor was awesome, the kids were incredible, and the night was spectacular!!! Congratulations Seniors!
Memories In The Making
by Livewire on Apr.09, 2010, under Weddings
We’d like to congratulate Mr. & Mrs. Bobby & Nicole Lester! What a great day it was with beautiful weather, a beautiful setting, and a beautiful bride. It was so much fun seeing Nicole in the final planning meeting. She was so excited and giddy about the big day she couldn’t sit still
Ashton Gardens was the setting for the big day, and it’s no wonder why The Knot chose them for the best of. Stefanie & Randy along with all the staff were incredible. The Chapel, Grounds, and Reception area are phenomenal. The entire day was captured by Butch Ireland. Butch’s experience really shines at weddings with his uncanny ability to capture those once in a lifetime moments like no other.
Bobby was all smiles when he saw Nicole at the door. It was the perfect moment as she walked down the aisle to “When I First Saw You” sung by Jamie Foxx. How true those words are…”when I first saw you, I said ‘oh my’.” After dinner was done, toasts were given, and what a special moment it was as Dad reflected on times of seeing his little girl grow up. How her grandfather Bebo played such an important role in her life, and how glorious their new life would be. Dad finished his toast by quoting words from Bob Dylan’s “Forever Young”
May God bless and keep you always
May your wishes all come true
May you always do for others
And let others do for you
May you build a ladder to the stars
And climb on every rung
May you stay forever young
Congratulations Bobby & Nicole! We wish you the very best.
Music For The Soul

Every so often, music comes along that quite honestly, words can’t express how incredible it really is. It not only is a tremendous accomplishment for the artists and producers, but it enlightens and lifts the very soul of our being.
